Shipping & Returns Placing an Order
Placing an order is very simple. Just browse the store, add the items that you are interested in to cart, and click checkout. Complete the necessary requirements and confirm your order.
Order Status
Here at Printerinknmore our policy is to ship all orders out the same business day. This is for In Stock Items. 99% of the time we achieve our goal. Some orders placed on Sundays may ship out on Monday. Please do not contact us about the shipment of order until a reasonable time has passed. Items that are backordered will be shipped separate from the rest of the order. The backordered items will be credited to the customer and billed at the time of shipment. We will contact you to inform you if there are any changes to the status of you order. Please be patient. You can check the status of your order by logging into your account and viewing your "Order History."
Shipping Information
All Items are shipped out via UPS, FedEx or U.S. Postal Service. We charge EXACT shipping rates, and do not add a handling charge like many other stores. Currently we ship to USA and Canada. For international orders, the recepient may have to pay customs fees. Please check with your local authorities for more information. Any brokerage fees that are unpaid by the customer will be billed to the customer's credit card or owed to Printerinknmore if payment was made by paypal.
On average your order will be shipped the same business day with an estimated delivery of 4-5 business days. Orders received before 4 p.m. PST will ship same business day. Orders after 4 p.m. will ship on the following business day. Friday afternoon orders will ship on Monday.
Additional expedited services
If a customer uses the 2 day option, the package will be sent via FedEx 2 day air service (transit time is 2 business days), and any backordered items will be shipped via a 2-3 day service through FedEx or another carrier. We will not issue refunds or adjustments on the shipping cost for delayed packages or packages held by FedEx, UPS, or U.S. Postal Service. Overnight, 2 day, 3 day shipping are available upon your request.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO may take an extra 1-2 days to process and ship and may have extra charges. Please email shipping@printerinknmore.com for more information. For shipments to PO Boxes, please choose US Postal Service option as UPS and FedEx can not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO adresses.
Tracking information for UPS and FedEx shipments are always emailed by UPS/FedEx to your account email. Server or email filter settings may prevent you from receiving this information; please double check your setting before purchasing from us and make sure your login email address is correct. U.S. Postal Service does not provide tracking for packages and, therefore, no tracking information will be emailed for orders placed using the U.S. Postal Service shipping methods.
Return Policy
We like to deal with each case individually. All items do carry a warranty from the manufacturer. Some of the basic items that come up during the returns process are below:
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. The 30 days start from when the package containing your item is delivered. After 30 days, we will not accept returns.
If items are missing from your order please contact our sales department within 5 business days of shipment delivery. If items are backordered, they will be shipped separately from the whole order. After 5 days of package receipt, we will not send any replacements.
If an item is damaged in shipping or arrives defective upon arrival please contact our RMA department within 5 business days of shipment delivery. We will not issue RMAs after 5 days even if you were unable to test your items.
Any items that appear to be modded or tampered with will not be refunded or exchanged. For returns and exchanges please obtain a RMA form and a RMA number from our RMA department using the 'Support Center'. The form must be included in the return package. After 30 days we will not accept any returns or exchanges under any circumstances. If your order is cancelled prior to shipment there will be no charge to your account, and we will notify the customer within 24 to 48 hours with the details of the cancellation.
